Coco For Coconuts!

Yes we are coco for coconuts!

There are many benefits of using coconut oils instead of the harmful commercially
mass-produced oils that have proven side effects. Most foods have oils in them.
We should be wise and care for the temple of the Holy Spirit.

There are reports that coconut oil is now being successfully used for treating
many neurological disorders including Parkinson’s, stroke, traumatic brain injury,
glaucoma, Down syndrome, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and Huntington’s. It also reduces
diabetic complications such as insulin resistance, retinopathy and kidney damage.

How to Get More Coconut Oil Into Your Diet
Unfortunately, it’s easy to get the impression that you should take coconut oil by the spoonful
like medicine. But there is no extra benefit in incorporating it into your diet this way. Instead,
swap it out for unhealthy oils you may currently be using like canola, sunflower, or safflower oil.
You can use it anywhere you normally use butter, margarine, or nut butters. You can bake,
saute, fry and roast with it or add it to smoothies, and the results will be delicious!

Another way our family is adding coconut oil to our diet is in coconut butter. It is sweet and
replaces the high sugar jellies and jams. It is also a great source of fiber. We could also
experiment the many recipes for salad dressing, mayonnaise, ketchup and other spreadable uses.

Our family is incorporating more coconut into our diet as the palm trees
we planted 5 years ago are now giving a lot of fruit. Also there is a very
poor family who produces coconut oil that we desire to help.
Although we buy it locally and most of the time live in hot climates
where the oil is melted naturally you may need to use warm water to melt it.

If you have relatives that have developed any aging mental disorders we recommend
not only the coconut oil but also remove aluminum and aluminum from deodorants,
toothpaste or any other product used topically or orally.

We also love our coconut shampoo bars that is made with only 3 ingredients.

L’chaim Pura Vida is also about living a better and wholesome pure life. It is about caring
for the healthy living of others thinking in what is good for us and them. This is loving
your neighbor as yourself, helping them to have a balance between what they can afford
and what we can provide with the help of Elohim/God. We buy less from the stores
and remove ourselves from being a burden from supporters of the people we serve.
May the gifts you provide to our ministry be used as good stewards not for our use
and luxury, but to bless the poor widows and fatherless we meet in the journey.
We hope we can travel to places we have been invited to share like Guatemala
and Nicaragua. We cannot do it without the help of others unfortunately. If you are led
by the Spirit go to our donate page or buttons and write us a note if you
desire to help us reach these who have invited us.

Thank you for being with us in the journey of a Pure Life; L’chaim Pura Vida!

Shalom Ubrachot!
