2 Gallons Raw Fresh Cow’s Milk
1/8 tsp. Liquid Rennet
Salt(To Taste)

1. Add the 1/8 tsp. Rennet to your 2 Gallons of fresh Cow’s Milk and let set for 24 hours.
2. Strain the whey with a Cheesecloth by letting it hang over a bowl overnight. (8-12 hours)
3. Place it in a bowl and add salt to taste.
4. Add it to your favorite cheesy recipes, or add some salt and
Culantro(Spanish Cilantro) and use it to stuff your Cannelloni like we did here!
